"Los Angeles became the center of the universe for a night,' said executive West Coast editor Krista Smith of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's seventh annual Art+Film Gala, which drew some of the world's biggest names in art, architecture, film, and fashion. The gala, presented by Gucci and co-chaired by Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio, raised more than $4.4 million for LACMA's film initiatives and honored Mark Bradford and George Lucas for their achievements in art and film, respectively. Following dinner and tributes to Bradford and Lucas by Ari Emanuel and Kerry Washington, Annie Lennox took the stage for a set of five songs, including "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)."
