The Aptera 2e, the most aerodynamic car on the market (technically, it’s a motorcycle), goes from 0 to 60 in less than 10 seconds on a motor powered by a lithium-ion battery. The two-seater, with trim, flooring, and seating made from discarded soda bottles, runs more than 100 miles on a single charge.
