Video Vets
Steve Golin and Sigurjon Sighvatsson weren't lying when they said they'd devise a new approach to film production. In just five years, their Propaganda Films has not only come to supply onethird of the videos shown on MTV and provide steady work for young directors, it's produced a steady stream of income for Golin and Sighvatsson. Along the way, they have made the obligatory Los Angeles architectural statement, found serious backers, and finessed an attention-getting association with David Lynch's Wild at Heart into a continuing credit on Twin Peaks. So it was probably inevitable that these two spin doctors would reunite with Madonna and produce her latest stab at popular mind control, a documentary called Truth or Dare.
