Robert Fizdale is coauthor, with Arthur Gold, of Misia: The Life of Misia Sert and an upcoming book on Sarah Bernhardt.

Richard Ford's novels include The Sportswriter. His short-story collection, Rock Springs, will be published next month.

Mark Ginsburg writes Vanity Fair's monthly "Cars" column. He is also at work on a script about Afghanistan.
